2. Booking and Payment

2.1 Booking Process

Clients can book a skip through our online platform or by contacting our customer service. Upon booking, clients must provide accurate information regarding the size of the skip, duration of hire, and delivery location.

2.2 Payment Terms

  • Payment must be made in full at the time of booking.
  • We accept various payment methods including credit/debit cards and bank transfers.
  • All prices are quoted in Australian Dollars (AUD) and are subject to change without notice.

3. Delivery and Collection

6. Accessibility and Placement

7. Duration of Hire

The hire period begins from the date of delivery and ends upon collection of the skip. Extensions may be available upon request and are subject to availability and additional charges.

8. Cancellation Policy

Clients may cancel their booking up to 24 hours before the scheduled delivery without incurring fees. Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance may be subject to a cancellation fee.
